The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All information, calculations, signals, and recommendations provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We have no fiduciary duty or relationship with you

Maximum Liability: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. For free services, our maximum liability is zero ($0).
